As of October 1, 2003 all telemarketing calls are subject to the new Federal Telemarketing Regulations and the National Do Not Call Registry. All telemarketers should register with the National Do Not Call Registry at the following address (www.telemarketing.donotcall.gov).

Currently RealInfo, LLC does not and will not plan to offer any sort of coverage, guarantee or insurance against claims made by consumers against telemarketers using telephone numbers obtained from the RealInfo database. It is the telemarketer's responsibility to review all telemarketing lists against the National Do Not Call Registry.

RealInfo, LLC has subscribed to the National Do Not Call Registry and we are currently modifying our database to reflect which telephone numbers from our database have been posted on the national registry. This does not however preclude any telemarketer from checking telephone numbers obtained from the RealInfo, LLC database against the National Do Not Call Registry. All responsibility and any claims or fines arising from said telemarketing lists are the sole responsibility of the telemarketer.
